Cardio Soul
Join Jolieba as she guides you through a funky, grounding warm up, then a fun soul-ful cardio dance routine, and finish with a dynamic core workout!

New Groove
This class is all about feeling the groove. Get down with Jolieba as she incorporates Hip-Hop, House, Soul & Funk into cool choreography. Jolieba focuses on rhythm, dynamic, and creative expression.

Afro-Fusion
Jolieba teaches an exciting contemporary class deriving African and Latin based movement styles such as Afro-Brazilian, Afro- Cuban, Salsa, and West African dance. Dance to the hypnotic poly-rhythms & get rooted and uplifted!
